All-inclusive is not very common in Dubai hotels, but there are a few options. The city has a handful of hotels that offer full all-inclusive and more that have half board where some meals are included.
Dubai can easily become an expensive city to holiday in. If you have to eat all your meals in a restaurant, the costs can be prohibitive, especially for families.
Dubai is not a distinctly all-inclusive destination, quite the contrary. Breakfast is often - but not always - included in the hotel, but there is often no option to book all meals and drinks at a fixed price.
All inclusive hotels in Dubai - 5 favourites
Some all-inclusive hotels are still available. On this page we recommend our favourites.
JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel
Beach hotel with really good all inclusive. Located directly on the beach, but a short distance from the city, the JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel is a favourite with families with children.
The buffet restaurant serves delicious food from breakfast to dinner, with different themes in the evenings, and as an all-inclusive guest you can also dine at one of the five other restaurants, such as the Italian restaurant La Traviata, the sports bar Shooters and the fine - floating - seafood restaurant DiVAZ. Just be sure to book your table well in advance - preferably right after check-in - because it fills up quickly.
To think about
The hotel is a five-star hotel with a very high standard of service. However, it is a few years old and the buildings, especially the main building, are not in the same top condition as many other hotels in Dubai. Neat, clean, stylish, definitely. But not entirely modern.

Rixos The Palm
New, very fresh and already very popular. Since its opening in 2012, Rixos The Palm has become a favourite hotel for many, including us. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the service is top-notch, and the hotel enjoys a fantastic location on The Palm Jumeirah with views of both the sea and the city skyline. At Rixos you can choose Ultra All Inclusive, which includes food and drink at the hotel's various restaurants, bars and lounges.
To consider
All inclusive is available if you book Rixos The Palmvia Booking.com, we can't find this option on other booking sites. Please compare the price on Booking.com with the hotel's own prices. Who is the cheapest varies depending on the season, booking status and other factors.

Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai
A great hotel that is often really good value for money thanks to its different location. The hotel is located next to the large Ibn Battuta Mall, which is handy if you want to go shopping, but also a good distance from the beach. The hotel makes up for this with a rooftop pool - and by offering free transport to a beach club on the Palm Jumeirah.
Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai also offers a really nice all-inclusive package. The package includes all food and beverages, including alcohol.
To think about
The all-inclusive offer is difficult to find through booking sites such as Hotels.com and Booking.com. Instead, they often offer half board deals with breakfast and lunch, which can be an interesting option if you plan to try Dubai's restaurant scene in the evenings. If you want to book a comprehensive all-inclusive package, the easiest way is via the hotel's own website.

Atlantis The Palm
Talked about, super cool, Atlantis The Palm is not an all inclusive hotel, but we think it fits on this list anyway. In fact, the hotel has an unbeatable half board offer that we'd like more people to take advantage of: breakfast and dinner are included - and you get half price on lunch.
The offer doesn't apply to all the top restaurants in the hotel, but to enough of them to make it a really good deal.
There are a few snags, for example half board is not available from 20 December to 6 January and sometimes there is a minimum number of nights to book. If you manage to find half board on travel dates that suit you, then there's no more affordable way to experience this world-famous hotel.
To think about
The half board package can only be booked atAtlantis The Palms website. If the offer is current, it is on the offers page. Click on Offers in the menu.

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa
Yes, we know. This hotel is not in Dubai, but in the neighbouring emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. But it's still an interesting alternative to staying in Dubai, especially if you're keen on an all-inclusive hotel.
The hotel is affordable, you can sometimes get away with almost half the price compared to a hotel of similar standard and range in Dubai, and the all-inclusive offer is one of the best in the region.
All-inclusive guests eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel's buffet restaurant and also get discounts in the à la carte restaurants. Drinks are included, including alcoholic beverages.
To think about
The all-inclusive offer is not as comprehensive and "luxurious" as at, for example, Rixos The Palm, which we write about above - the list of alcoholic drinks included, for example, is considerably stingier. But given the price, this could be a really good option nonetheless.
Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa also offers various half board packages that include either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, but given the remoteness of the hotel, you're unlikely to want to eat anywhere else, so all inclusive is often the best option.
