Speedy cruise with RIB boat in Dubai

A RIB boat gives you a different perspective on Dubai and its landmarks - and it's quick too. This is a popular and fun sea excursion that's worth every single dirham.

Yellow Boats has been around since 2009 and is both popular and award-winning. The company has so far taken around 350,000 customers to sea by RIB boat and for four consecutive years it has received TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence award. So you're in good hands.

The boat trip takes you around the man-made palm-shaped island of Palm Jumeirah, seeing iconic hotels like the Atlantis and Burj al Arab from the sea, and speeding over the waves.

Two options for the RIB cruise

There are two options. A 75-minute RIB cruise and a 90-minute cruise. The price starts at just over SEK 500 for adults and around SEK 400 for children aged 5-12 (in March 2017). Thanks to our partnership with Get Your Guide book easily online.

Book a RIB boat in Dubai

BiljettshejkenBooking in advance is highly recommended, as this is a popular experience. Choose your date and departure time. You will receive the ticket by email and it can either be printed in advance or displayed as an electronic voucher.

The difference between the two tours is that on the longer cruise you'll slowly glide through spectacular Dubai Marina, taking in the full panorama of skyscrapers towering around the harbour.

Our first day started in the morning with a RIB race. A great start to the holiday we all thought. The price is high, but that's all in Dubai and this was worth every Dirham. Hold on to your hat.

Dubai from the sea

The RIB boats have knowledgeable and friendly captains who will tell you about Dubai's sights and landmarks. For many, the highlight is seeing the Atlantis hotel at the end of the Palm Jumeirah.

The RIB boats depart from a pier in Dubai Marina, opposite Spinney's Supermarket and next to the Reem Al Bawadi restaurant. If you're coming by metro, Damac Properties is the nearest station, from where it's about a five-minute walk.
